Xorg7.3 hit the sid repos today and will likely lead to your system breaking, so advice is not to do a (dist)upgrade yet.
For those using the sid repos in antiX-M7 I strongly advise you to follow the news reports in sidux and their forums.

If you do not use nvidia or ati drivers, upgrade SHOULD be ok now.

While I can't confirm it, I think the 100.14.19 drivers work with Xorg 7.3. ATI users will have to wait (again).
