Hello,

I installed Antix on my laptop (HP DV7-2070ef). It really works fine, even the soundcard is working out of the box (that's amazing, no other distros i tried, not even Mepis, could do that. Btw if you know how to make it work in mepis...please tell me ^^). Now if only Antix was 64bit....

I'm running anti-X M8 Intifada on a Toshiba Satellite 4090XDVD. It's a 400 MHz Celeron with maximum memory upgrade (192 MB) . Works like a charm, including the Trident cyber 9525 videocard which is usually such a problem for linux distributions to configure. Strangely, the DVD reader doesn't work, though it reads/installs from CD-R and CD-RW fine. This has been consistent for all distros tried. It's a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-R2102.
