Sylpheed claws plugins

Postby Jerry on Thu Apr 24, 2008 8:49 pm

I tried to install the Sylpheed RSS feed plugin both from Synaptic (sylpheed-claws-gtk2-feeds-reader) and then with the downloaded package from the website. Both times failed, with the installer complaining that Sylpheed Claws Gtk2 > 2.6 can not be found on the system, though it is in the usual place (/usr/bin).

Anybody had luck installing any of the plugins?

If you haven't looked at it yet you might want to try out Osmo. It compliments Claws-mail very well. It takes care of calender, contacts, notes and more. They work very well together.
