The feeds reader deb available from the repos does not match the current version of claws-mail used by antiX, so I downloaded an upgraded version from the website but ran into problems when I tried to configure it:
Quote:
No package 'claws-mail' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables CLAWS_MAIL_CFLAGS
and CLAWS_MAIL_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
I hate to sound dense, but what does this actually mean that I should do?

TIA

I had the same issue when claws went to version 3.5. I could not get the source to install so I waited. Now the plugins have caught up to the rest of it, at least in sid. You might want to enable sid for those packages, It is working fine here.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
