I would just like to drop in and say a big, huge thanks to the developers of Antix. I spent a good portion of this last week trying to make my old HP Omnibook xe2 usable as a pythoncoding machine to bring during the vacation. After trying a shitload of xorg.conf modifications and different distros without ever being able to use the complete screen at full resolution I was about to give up. Actually, Antix was my last resort. If it didn't work I would have binned the machine. But a quick download and install and everything is working as supposed. SPE is installed and I have a fully functional machine to bring to the summerhouse at the coast.

I can't thank you enough. Keep up the good work.

I'm new too on Antix and effectively this is a great great work !
All is ok for me on my laptop, except my webcam "ali", but this is a know problem... i wait for a stable driver.
