This is an amazing distro. Installed on my nieces old HP Omnibook XE2, everything works, even the wireless connection. Had no luck with any other Linux distro, although XP was OK but real slow. Thanks antiX.

Thought I would try on my desktop, pretty powerful. All OK, no network, tried right click, found net then connection, Wicd and there it was SMC, connected all working fine. Downloaded Opera on demo disk and that's working. Might blow out Mint and install permanantly. One qestion before I do that is, will I get the option of where I install the MBR, don't want to overwrite Windows MBR. Have two SATA hard drives.
Still can't believe this a no hassle install. :D :D :D :D :D

Yes, there will be an option to select where to install GRUB if that's what you mean.
