Today a dist-upgrade:

The following packages will be REMOVED:
  kdebase-bin-kde3
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  cupsys-bsd kde-icons-oxygen kdebase-runtime kdebase-runtime-bin-kde4
  kdebase-runtime-data kdelibs-bin kdelibs5 kdelibs5-data libavdevicecvs52
  libavformatcvs52 libchm1 libffi4 libphonon4 libqt4-designer
  libqt4-qt3support libqt4-sql libqt4-sql-mysql librasqal0 librdf0 libsoprano4
  libsoup2.4-1 libstrigiqtdbusclient0 libswscalecvs0 libwine libwine-alsa
  libwine-cms libwine-gl libwine-gphoto2 libwine-ldap libwine-print
  libwine-sane libyaz3 python-ctypes redland-utils tellico-scripts wine-bin
  wine-utils


That would remove kde3 and install some kde4 utilities. Lookout if you have Sid-upgraded your KDE3.
