A new poll as there are more users around.

I'm using m8 full on my desktop and laptop. I just formatted a second hdd in my desktop. I plan on installing m8 base and creating an lxde spin-off.

Cool, John. I'll be interested to see what you come up with. To me, LXDE looks promising, but the number of integrators that do good stuff with it so far seem limited. But after seeing what you've previously done with IceWM, I can't wait to see what you come up with for LXDE.

Let me know when you have something worth poking at, and I will be glad to give it a look!

Finished up downloading and installing Anti 8 today. This install is on IBM T23 running dualboot with Xubuntu 8.10. I still run Anti 7.5 on the Amrel RT 686 Laptop also.

I have most everything working in Anti 8 except for DVD play and Battery Monitoring in Conky. Will work on that later. Figured I got enough done today. One step at a time for me.

EDIT: Edited Conky and Battery Meter is now working as it should. Thanks to john I have installed libdvdcss2 and win32 codecs to get gxine going. Smooth sailing as always with Debian and AntiX. Happy Trails.

I've got the bottom half (at least) covered somewhere, and I have CDs for all of these releases and many test builds prior to their final releases (and I have CDs or DVDs for every SimplyMEPIS release going back to May 2003 as well).
