Thanks for the warning Anti. I did an apt-get upgrade (not du) last night and seem to be fine, so I guess I got lucky.

I d-u'd last night(overnight) via smxi and everything works fine. I will check the version though. do you know when it went in?

If you use the sidux repos it has been fixed. There is supposedly a fix in sid as well, but I'm not sure if it has synched yet.
The faulty one is 3.1 and the new fix is 3.1.1
