Hi
Under MS Windows I never used cut & paste when transferring files on my home lan, always copy & paste. I would then use hkSFV to check the transfered files before deleting the source files. About 10% of the time there would problems. I notice that since moving to Linux, other than disto iso md5sum, this doesn't seem to get mentioned.
